At Westmoor, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely pleased with your purchase, we’re here to support you.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@Westmoor.store and include your order number.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process refunds within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where we made an error.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized, custom-made, or perishable products.

  • Digital downloads, gift cards, or software.

  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@Westmoor.store. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
