Returns & Exchanges

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

Refund Process

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we process refunds within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where we made an error.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Personalized, custom-made, or perishable products.

Digital downloads, gift cards, or software.

Final sale items (clearly marked as such).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@Westmoor.store. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.
